- Items are eligible for prepaid returns up to 15 days (extended to 30 days due to COVID) from shipment (postage paid US only).
- Items must be shipped within 7 days of prepaid label creation (determined by tracking info).
- To begin your return and create a prepaid label (US only), please visit our "Start A Return" page or sign into your account and select the link there. You will need to provide your order number and zip code to start the process.
- Grab Bags & VB Wardrobe purchases do not qualify for prepaid return labels and shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. A Refund will be issued in the form of Store Credit. This special return policy applies to all Grab Bag and VB Wardrobe purchases. Please provide order number either on the shipping label or within the package when returning. All items must be returned, returns or exchanges of individual items are not authorized.

- All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them if applicable.
- When making a return, please include the original invoice.
- Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc will be subject to a restocking fee. In extreme cases will be returned at customers expense.
- Items shipped after the 7 day window may be returned to customer, subject to shipping fee, a restocking fee or any combination thereof in some cases a refund in the form of store credit may be authorized.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your refund.
- Free items received with purchase must be returned at the same time purchased items are returned.
- Items purchased during extended discount periods (the entire month of December, etc) Can only be returned for store credit.
